ProPack
Shipping
ProPack is our shipping option for products that
cannot be rolled up and shipped in a tube. This includes canvas
wraps, mounted prints and matted prints. Additionally, if you don't
like your prints shipped in a tube, we can ship them with specialized
packaging with our ProPack shipping.
ProPack also
lets you choose your shipping method...overnight,
second day, ground, or USPS. Choosing overnight delivery doesn't
mean you'll get your order overnight, but it does mean once we've
printed it, we will ship it overnight.
Matted prints, mounted prints, and canvas wraps are
also packed flat in several layers of cardboard and/or honeycomb
cardboard.
For prints, all orders up to 24 by 30 inches will
be shipped in a sturdy flat box. Larger prints will be rolled around
a tube, bubble wrapped, then boxed.
ProPack pricing is $12 per package, plus actual shipping
charges. Note that your total in the ROES ordering software will
only reflect the $12 packaging fee, not the actual shipping costs.
The actual shipping costs will be added to your total before
it is billed.
