Turnaround Times - How long before I get my order?
Most print orders ship in 48 hours. Prints on SuperGloss
ship in 3-5 business days. Matted prints and canvas wraps generally
ship within 3-5 business days.
Our weekend sales offer spectacular prices, and
result in many orders. Please be aware that orders that take
advantage of a weekend sale will experience a longer turnaround --
plan on at least 4 business days in-house for prints, and longer
for matted prints and canvas wraps. If you have a specific deadline,
please note it in the "instructions" portion of your order in
our ROES ordering software. We will do our best to meet your
needs, but don't guarantee a specific turnaround.
We ship by USPS
Priority Mail and FedEx Ground, with average transit times of 1-3
days. Transit time will vary based on your choices if you use our
ProPack shipping options. We focus on fast turnaround because we
know you want your prints right away. We are open Monday through
Friday, closed weekends and major holidays.
