If you received an error message stating that "the path specified for the order can't be found", then try these steps:
First, check your account field in "My Information" and make sure it says either "NEWUSER" or your Aspen Creek Photo account number. Make sure there are no backslashes or other characters in that field. If that doesn't work, try the following:
1. Upon checkout, choose "Save for sending later via the Internet"
2. Your saved order will appear in the upper section of the "Queue" window. Click "Remove" on the right side of your order. This will move this order to the lower area of this window.
3. Click on your order, and then click "Open as New". This will assign a new order number to your order.
4. Try sending this "new" order.
